Another question what gr bullet do you guys think I should shoot out of a 10.5 inch upper 9mm. I have been loading some 115 gr Hornady XTP and some sig 124 gr. Any thoughts.
The load data is as follows.
Hornady 115gr XTP
CFE 5.6
Primers are the 6.5 Remington
O.A.L 1.075

I cast and coat the Lee 124 2R bullet and the Lee 124 TL TC and shoot it in an 8” AR-9, Glock 17, 2 Springfield Range Officers, and a Ruger SR9C. Using BE-86 I have found 3 loads that I have to make to feed them what they like. I shot hundreds of thousands of 115 zero jacketed bullets before I started casting and found that I got better results with 124 grain.

What Havoc said. Always worked well for me. But i am not a 115gr fan and i mainly shoot 124gr range in 9mm for even the carbine.

What Ar9 do you have? Custom build or a certain brand?

There are a few brands out there that run about anything. Some prefer a hevaier load than a lighter one. Ar9's can be finicky if not built right. Built right and they run as good as any other good PCC.

Using 124gr round nose Berry's and Montana gold's with VIHT N-330.

Getting the AR9's to cycle well has a lot to do with buffer weight and spring. I'm using a 6oz buffer and AR10 carbine spring combination.

Yeah 124 works well. So does 115. I have 4 of them, 3 pistol length 7.5" and one 16" they cycle everything well.
Ran the 16" with a bumpstock and it went through 32 rounds with ease. Blowback rocks.
Mine are all dedicated Quarter Circle 10 lowers with Colt SMG mags and VLTOR billet uppers.
Before the Plandemic shooting these with the bumpstock was the most fun you can have with your clothes on.

I am running an FM-9 PCC (in IDPA) and FM-9 10.5 Pistol, P365, P320 Compact, P320 FS and G19. I make one load with 124g FMJ over BE-86. Everything functions perfectly.

I hope you know, the bumpstock is against the law...

Same load you shoot in your pistol.

Yup, this is what I do as well. Mostly, I load 115 grain RN for 9x19. It can be cast, coated, plated, or jacketed.

While I do use some factory designer hollow points in the handguns I use for defense, my 9mm AR just gets the round nose bullets. The AR is mostly a range gun, I prefer 300 Blackout for use around the farm.

My PCC is a factory built Rock River carbine w/ 16" barrel and a Vortex Strikefire II. My load is 4.8gr of 231 w/no name plated 115 FMJ. COAL is 1.150 and the rifle is used in monthly steel plate matches.

My favorite load for my suppressed 9mm AR (9” barrel, rest suppressor) is my minor pistol loads.

3.1 grains of N310 or 3.2 grains of N320/Titegroup with a berrys 147 @ 1.160.

Good for play at 100 yards and in.

the upper is a stern defense. The lower is an Anderson with a rise armament r134 trigger with the jp enterprise silent capture spring. I am going to change the BCG to the faxon that is the same brand I have in my 300 blackout. The 300 has a bit more additives to it
