If that's all you have, they will work but you will need to reduce your load and work up. If you have the Ti FP you may have problem setting them off. They may have enough energy to put a bullet into the barrel far enough to chamber a round behind it. I don't know for sure for I haven't tested it. aka Squib, so be careful it could turn bad very quickly.

LRP's are taller than LPP's and may or may not seat safely below flush.
.027 cup thickness vs .020 for LRP. Most striker fired will have issues piercing the primer.
Why would a striker fired pistol pierce a primer that's thicker and tougher than the primers it's designed to fire? I could see not being able to fire them at all, but why would a striker fired pistol poke a hole through "em?

No and the numbers speak for themselves:

Large pistol and large rifle are two different sizes including the cartridge pocket dimensions. Rest assured it won't end well if you do it or try to do it. :)

If you need LPPs and are within driving distance of Reno Nevada, I’m sitting on 4,100 I want to trade.

Couple of licks on the bench grinder, those LRP's will fit those 45acp pockets. Angle grinder and a vise will work in a pinch:D
