I've always found the thickness of a double stack hard to carry with my weird body type. Even my Springfield Hellcat is kind of thick.

Who makes the THINNEST single stack 9mm Luger CCW pistol? Thanks for the help.

Kel-Tec PF-9 is the thinnest single stack 9mm on the market it do believe. No at all fun to shoot, but as far as being light, flat and easy to conceal it about as good as it gets.

Just looking up the specs, the Ruger EC9s is listed at 0.90", and the PF9 at 0.88". And from my experience, the extra 20 thousands is worth the extra shootablity of the Ruger, but its a matter of degrees. Just another 100 thousands and you're back into Hellcat, P365, etc al territory.

We have a Shield 9mm that is very slim.
In this thread, OP has moved up from 32:thumbup:;):D

I think the Diamondback DB9 is one of the thinnest at .79 inches and one of the lightest at 11 ounces.

This. No slimmer or lighter 9mm autoloader exists right now to my knowledge, and it's a decent pistol as long as you don't try to run +P or heavy bullets. Think of it as a .380 +P+ gun and stick to standard pressure 115 gr. JHPs.

I also have a PF9, much prefer the DB9 for both carry and shooting.

Trigger reach will play a part too. You can have a slightly fatter grip and a short reach and it’ll be ok, or a longer reach and thin grip. But slightly too long in the reach and even a hair too fat in the grip and it will be a bridge too far.
I tend to gravitate to old school single action autos for this reason: they almost always have a shorter reach than a double action.

Go to handgunhero.com and advanced search 9mm and width maximum of 0.8" and the only one that comes up is the Diamondback DB9. The others that get filtered with it, do not have a width measurement so default to getting put in there with "0".

To get any narrower with current offerings one has to step down to 380 ACP or 32.

I will say that just looking at the DB9, having not held one, I know it's not the pistol for me with the vertical grip angle.

Dunno about the thinnest, other than what's been mentioned above, but I can say I found the 365 way too thin and the Hellcat felt pretty nice.

So maybe the Sig might be worth looking at.

Nope! My Diamondback DB9 is thinner, lighter and has a better trigger than my KelTec PF9.

Ah yes...forgot about Diamondback. @amp-rat mentioned the the Kahr CW9, I had one, that was a fantastic pistol...kick myself for letting that one go, though I may get a CM9 same thing, just a bit shorter in the grip
