If you leave them alone they spawn whole new rifles. I got bored with the bad weather and started cleaning my gun room. My grandaughter said I must have enough parts for a whole gun. Guess what she was right. I don't think any 2 parts are from the same company.

I picked up an old A-2 parts kit. Somehow it metastasized into four entire rifles, with parts left over... .

I found a roll pin once that started an assembly by itself. True!!!! Parts were drawn to it by just the simple forces of nature. Shoots good too.

I replaced the A2 pistol grip with a Magpul one on my AR carbine. That A2 grip grew into an AR pistol.
