Pre-1968 import Walther PPK and a SIG P230SL, both in .380 Auto.

I"d take Moneypenny over a PPK any day.

Btw, this thread is not complete without a pic of you shooting them wearing a tuxedo

I think it all depends on how bad a day it is at the range. I never had a gun blow up on me at the office.

I just wish my Manhurin stainless PPK/s was reliable! It just wasn’t so I sent it packing :(

For a lifelong Bond fan, having a bit of a James Bond connection owning a PPK was pretty cool.

Excellent shooting with both .380’s, that’ll make Major Boothroyd happy at the range .

Stay safe.

James Bond fans pop Quiz...

No Time to Die... what will be his new Walther?

in the movie SkyFall 007 shoots someone with a H&H 500 Nitro Express double rifle. Would there be anything left of bad guy???

I would assume the 500 would be loaded with copper solid bullets or something similar for deep penetration on large pachyderms. So in human flesh probably just a through and through with some broken bones. No explosion or vaporization.

Probably whatever new polymer mess they have on the market. It should be old, blue steel, and either English walnut or ivory grips. My preference would be to go back to the PP but that’s not happening. The ultimate Bond setup would be to give him a PDP and let him shoot it empty without hitting anything then he pulls out a PPK 32acp and nails the shot on the first try. A p38 with suppressor would be equally gratifying in place of the PPK.

PP and 007James will snipe bad guys from his 68 Austin Healey, on his way to get martini’s, SHAKEN not stirred

I like the P-99 AS myself. I found it preferable to the GLOCK 19 I was shooting, at the time.
