Cheap amazon Feyachi 1-4x24 scope....

Just got the scope in today.
I picked it up to use on my Bulldog since I stole the scope off that for something else.

I believe this was $85 off Amazon with free shipping, and quite frankly I was hoping to get a scope that worked well enough to get me through a few hunts before having to replace it.

Turns out I'm actually rather happy with this scope, and if it holds up to use then this will be one of my better buys.

The eye relief is pretty consistent and right around 4in perhaps a little more.

Optical quality in the daylight was good. I didn't see much distortion at the edge of the image.
Seemed plenty bright without a huge change between powers.
Resolution seemed pretty good when looking at the fencing or other small fine objects, but I didn't test it against a resolution target chart.
Colors seem fine but they have to be really off for me to be able to tell....

Weights about 17 oz, which is lighter than most of the scopes like this have looked at.

What really surprised me is the turrets feel nice and actually track pretty bloody close, or at least as close as I could test with my phone and the gate.

They're also zero markings on the scope to say who made it or where it came from. The box on the other hand has both origin and branding.

While im not willing to recommend them yet....
All in all I'm surprisingly pleased with this thing, And I'm seriously considering putting it on my 458 to see if it'll get taken apart.... If it doesn't, I might buy a couple more just to have on hand.





Made a little video I was so surprised with it....pardon the poor focus, my phones not great for this kinda stuff.

I guess we'll get to see how well it holds up to the 458 since I just got the barrels reamed in and painted today. I should be able to assemble and shoot in the next week or so.
Think I'll toss this thing on it in the monstrum mounts, and we'll see how $110 dollar optics package handles 50+ft pounds of recoil.
If it survives that maybe we'll stick it on my buddy's scar and see if that'll kill it.....

Don't worry, ill be sure to load some teeth clickers...seems varget should be a good option for them.

Ive had a few of those, and liked them. Think they were going for about 30 bucks, and for a utility rimfire i think they are great..... actually the 3-9x32AO .22mag scopes used to be my go to airgun scopes also. Those were great for the 110 or so they cost.

So the goofy little feyachi comfortably survived 40 shots with the 458 Winchester loaded with a 400 grain spear bullet and 77 grains of varget.
It also was mounted, dismounted, and remounted in probably 10 dollar, not meant to be used, much less reinstalled aluminum rings......
I'll update when and if it dies before getting put back on the bulldog.

No its in cheap Chinese rings that were floating around my spare parts bin.
The monstrum mount was so high my head was hanging completely in space, figgured that was probably a good way to get punched in the face......

I bought a Swampfox Optics Tomahawk 1-4 for my first LPVO scope and have been very happy with it. But it is $150 more than the Feyachi scope. I assume that the Feyachi scope is FFP and if so, how big or small is the reticle?

Its actually SFP, probably part of why cost is as low as it is.

80+/- shots in still holding strong.....my buddies SCAR ate a PrideFowler scope today, suggested he try one of these.

He reminded me yesterday that he has a second one..... And by reminded, I mean tried to bully me into buying it from him....

I seriously considered it, and if it was anything besides a .308 id probably have bought it a year or so ago.

The whole scope eating thing tho.....thats kinda a turn off.

I've been impressed with how reliable those things are, but otherwise not a huge fan.....

That said if he does manage to bully me into buying his other scar, I'm probably not going to do the scope dance and I'll go straight to something like one of those.
