Expat is off across the River among friends. Someplace where the powder is always dry and caps are plentiful, the beer is cold and the BBQ spicy. Like many I wish I had had the chance to fire off a few cylinders with the Fellow but Time is like that. After a certain point, it takes more than it gives. The Deep Peace of the Earth to his Family and Loved Ones.

It's so nice to see the outpouring of comments about Jim, not just here but all over the internet. He was very active on just about every black powder forum, and he is already sorely missed by everyone. We can all only hope to be as fondly remembered when our time comes.
I think Jim would be pleased and humbled to know he's being remembered in this way.
