First I've heard of it as well. Glad I bought some of each granulation I shoot recently.

I appreciate the head's up as well. So far I haven't had any problem finding black powder but I remember how quickly smokeless powder disappeared a few months ago. I'd already stocked up before that happened and plan to do the same with the black powder.

I never thought I would see a time when so many products were simply unavailable. Not just in shooting related stuff either.

Didn't hear it either. Thanks for the notice. Last black powder I found was a couple weeks ago at a local antique store. Picked up a copper powder flask and immediately realized it was a bit heavy. Was chock full of what looks like, and burns like, 3f black powder. It's a reproduction flask, so, I doubt the powder is very old. Anyway, the store manager was happy for me to take the grenade out of the store..

I bought an antique Dixon & sons 20 oz powder flask, it arrived in the mailbox chock full of BP.

I suspect there are rules about things like that...

The powder burns good anyhow, I bought a new old 14 g bunny eared shotgun and it handles real hefty charges.

Considering I use Graf and Sons house brand and that’s now Goex , bad news indeed. I have a good supply on hand however and don’t use pellets.
