So I've had some Speer Lawman 147gr for a couple of years now and went out in the field on my property to try it out with a CZ75 4-1/2" barrel suppressed. I was pretty surprised to still here the crack echoing. I don't have a chrono so wanted to ask, does this surprise anyone or would it be considered common to have 147gr ammo still wavering between sub- and super-sonic on an 80 degree summer day?

My 147 Gr Federal is listed as 1,000 FPS and was hoping that it would be subsonic with my AR-9 when the suppressors gets out of ATF jail. Starting to sound like I will need to find or load something else to get rid of the super sonic crack.

Yeah if it is going super out of my 4.5 inch I am guessing your AR-9 will have a nice crack to it :)

Pull one and weight the bullet, might be a 124gr.
The factory 147 I have shot in my tavor have been subsonic.

FWIW, my 125 grn lead reloads that do 1025 in my 8" ar banshee do about 930 in my 4.5" witness. Using WSF powder. They struggle to cycle the suppressed p07, even after I cut a coil or 2 off the recoil spring.
