First little project on a knife

Looks good to me too!

Do you know what kind of wood you used? I ask because the grain pattern kind of reminds me of the wood on this Traditions Hawken style muzzeloader I put together.

I'm thinking it's probably European Beech, which is indigenous to Spain where the guns are made.
 
That is a great way to get started making knives. :thumbup:

I bought a fixed blade kit, then another, then.... It's really fun to have an after hours enjoyment or if retired a new non-pressured way of passing time while home.
