C&R Address Change

I have a C&R FFL, and will be moving. I'm trying to find the proper form to notify the BATFE of my address change, but my C&R info is unavailable to me. I tried searching the ATF website, but I couldn't find what I was looking for.

I moved in the end of April. I mailed the form the day I moved and I just got my new license about 2 weeks ago.

I guess I should thank the ATFE for saving me about $500 in the 3 months I didn't have my C&R.

If, by chance, you're befuddled about what sections to complete on the Amended License Application, below is the response I got from the BATFE when I asked them about it a while back.

Thank you for contacting the ATF's National Licensing Center (NLC Atlanta)
with your e-mail inquiry.

As a collector you are required to complete all items on ATF Form 5300.38,
except: 4,14,15,16 and 17.

Mail your application to:

National Licensing Center
2600 Century Parkway, Suite 400
Atlanta, GA 30345

allowing the NLC to assist with your inquiry and/or concerns.

Daisy's great! She answered my similar e-mail inquiry about how to change the address on my C&R. When about six weeks after I submitted my form I hadn't heard anything I sent her an e-mail asking about the status. Got a reply that same day telling me it had been processed and would be mailed the following day. Don't know why, but it's always a pleasant surprise to get good customer service from the government... in Daisy's case it even comes with a

Took them 2 weeks to send me a corrected copy of my C&R license after I made the change of address.
