The primer shuttle for my 35 year old 550 was getting worn and binding; sent Dillon an E-mail late last week.
Today a new one showed up in the mail.
Dillon is not cheap going in, but you shouldn't have to worry about replacement parts, ever.
And the 550 is like Baby Bear's porridge; it's just right. Much faster than my old RCBS single stage, not as complicated as the larger units, and cranks out lots of rounds for an ordinary shooter.

OH........JEEEEEEEZ.......
Someone just had to mention the "blue" product.......;)

Glad you had a good experience with them......as have I...

I have heard of a guy that found a 650 in a dumpster missing a couple pieces and called them, told them he found it in a dumpster, and they said mail it in and it got refurbished and sent back to him basically new. I have heard similar stories over the years and all appear to be true. You pay for the warranty, and they honor it. Outstanding.

Dillon has replaced every part that has given me trouble, on the 650 I purchased and also the one I inherited from my father when he passed. Both are coming up on 25 years old, so definitely worth the investment.

I've been using Dillon presses and accessories since I bought my first XL550 in 1984. As far as I'm concerned, dillon make the best reloading equipment on the market and also have the finest warranty. Why wven consider another make!

Rock solid company for sure. I had a part break on my powder charge tower called them. They said whatever you put in the box you'll get back new. Very happy with their products. I bought that 550 4 years ago that was probably 25 years old from the previous owners wife.
