Have you purchased anything gun related in the last three days?

I ordered Burris Fullfield E1 6.5-20x50mm from Dack Outdoors but got email notification of shipping 2 days ago (Yes, they do indicate long processing time on website).

BTW, price is still $169 + $9 shipping - https://www.thehighroad.org/index.p...20x-50mm-169-9-shipping.893341/#post-12050786

Also ordered 16.5" stainless bull barrel for Thompson Center T/CR22 for $95 (T/CR22 stock made by Magpul will readily accommodate bull barrel with inserts taken out) - https://www.stockysstocks.com/barre...tainless-with-or-without-threaded-muzzle.html

Scope will go on T/CR22 with new mount to supplement the ongoing 25,000+ round 22LR comparison test currently with 10/22 (3000 round count) and T/CR22 (1060 round count) with comparison 50 yard group testing with factory 10/22, T/CR22 and KSA bull barrel in a new thread (Since T/CR22 is outshooting 10/22, I may try T/CR22 barrel in 10/22 Collector #3 stock) - https://www.thehighroad.org/index.p...50-yard-22lr-ammo-comparison-break-in.864241/

Just ordered Advantage Arms 22LR conversion kit for my Gen3 G22 for $241 from Natchez - https://www.natchezss.com/advantage...t-for-glock-model-17-gen-1-3-w-range-bag.html

And 4 spare mags for $21 each - https://www.ebay.com/p/2020008554

Picked up a box of 38 special and a box of 357 range ammo today.
It is nice to see more ammo on the shelves a little pricey but not nuts like a few months ago.

Was at Academy. Best selection of ammo give seen in almost 2 years. Even had 9mm, .40 and .45 XTP bullets. Prices were acceptable, but shotshells prices were HIGH! $8-$9 for what should have been $5.50-$6. 100 pack promo for $32, not $22.

Didn't buy anything.

Came home and mounted the 6-24x50 Tasco on Rem 700 .223. The Simmons 6-20x44 has done good, but the Tasco is better.
Now, I have to go to range and sight it in. Dang it.
Mounted a Tasco 3x9-40 on 10-22 with new one piece mount. It had high, see-thru mount and unknown scope, when I got it in a trade.
Add to range trip.
Also have a Tasco 2.5x10-42 and 4x16-40, I got with the other 2, in an auction box. Can't decide which one to put on M70 .30-06. It came with a '69 vintage unknown maker scope. Had thought about putting the 4x16 on .260 Rem 700, but it has a Leupold 3x9 vari-x II on it, that i really like. Whatever I mount, I will put the other on son's 7x57 M96. And of course, range trip.

Just causing myself HAVING to go the rifle range.

Ordered some SK Rifle Match .22 LR ammo, Mile High Shooting still has reasonable prices when it's in stock.

I ordered a Burris Fastfire III yesterday. I also made a stop at the LGS just to chew the fat with the owner as we are long time friends. I didn't get to stay long as he was closing early to go to a wedding some distance away. I did notice he had quite a bit of ammo compared to the last time I was there. He also has a nice stock of both rifles and handguns.

Just received a couple hundred bullets I ordered from Graf & Sons back on Sept. 9th. That was quick and everything arrived safely. 100 PPU ( Privi Partizan) , .308" 150 gr. Flat Soft Points for the .30-30 and 100 PPU .257" 100 gr. Soft Points destined for the 257 Weatherby. Never had any PPU bullets for the 30-30 but I have a couple loads with 150 gr. Sierra bullets that It likes and I hope it does as good with 150 gr. PPU's. I now have 200 of the PPU 25 cal. 100gr. S.P.'s here for the 257 Weatherby and haven't loaded any yet. I'm hoping they work out as well as the 150 gr. PPU .311" S.P.'s I use in 7.62x54R loads for the Mosin - Nagant 91/30. Based on my experience with PPU bullets in that caliber I felt confident enough to try them in a couple other rifles. With so many bullets being "out of stock" I'm probably fortunate just to get these..... IMG_2470.JPG ...Although some things seem to be getting better availability wise.

Bought nearly 600 7mm bullets from a private seller. Mostly S&B FMJ, but also some Norma FMJ and Oryx. Paid 120 euros and consider it a good deal. These will last a long time, I shoot them only in my 7mm TCU silhouette pistol.

Recently acquired new to me:
Bushnell ERS 3.5-21x50
Leupold Mark 6 3-18x44

Plan for now is one for will go on my Tikka M695 7mm RM. One will go on my Sako Finnlight 270 WSM.

200 round box of Winchester 9mm 124g NATO. $80 plus tax. LGS had tons with no limits, but a little expensive, so I just bought 1. Hopefully they have some next paycheck at a better price, but I'm skeptical.

Two new Glock holsters from jmcustomkydex.com. Very nice work.

doubleh: nobody gets punished here, unless they are seriously anti-social.

What did you trade?
