I have a nickle plated S&W that has some corrosion and its not in the greatest shape imo and was wanting to know if there is a site that can give me a value, kind of like a blue book value.

IMO blue book prices are low . I would like to see what they value it at compared to what members here value it at and I expect even here the value will be a little lower than what you could get .

Gun values are one thing but in the final analysis any gun on any given day is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, no more and no less. The important part is that seller and buyer come away happy. I may feel or think my Colt Series 70 Gold Cup is worth $1800, a book of gun values may place it at $1800, but if all I can get on a given day or week is $1500 I guess it's worth $1500.
