Three Rifle Cartridges You Wish You Had?

A single shot 41 mag. Want this just for poops and giggles.
Single shot 9mm again just for poops and giggles.
Lastly a 470 nitro double. Neighbor had one growing up. It always fascinated me. Can’t even remember brand. Just want one. For when folks complain about recoil. And also when at the range I’m sure letting a few rounds go will stop everyone in their tracks. Could make new friends or be that guy on some random online forum.

I wish I had more .30-06.
I wish had had more .30 Carbine.
I wish I had more .223, no wait......damn, shoulda wished for three more wishes!
:D

Now, as for 3 I dont actually have currently (and assuming an unlimited supply was available and affordable):

1) .30-40 Krag- I dont have one any more, but my dad has a beauty.
2) .303 Savage- Probably the most common chambering for the really early M99s.
3) .45-70- Still kinda want a Trapdoor someday.

25-35 lever gun or falling block
38-55 lever gun or falling block
257 Roberts or AI falling block

The first two - all derivatives of the 38-55 (like the 30-30 I already have). Soft shooting and just different. Already have the 257’s, just want a different action. Hopefully one for me, and one for my wife in each caliber.

Blessed in have most everything else I care to have from 22 to 45-70…

Cartridges...so the rifle they're used in is irrelevant?
Ok then, assuming it doesn't have to be a single shot, but could be.
.450 BM
.45 ACP
6mm of some sort, just not 6mm Rem.

If listing specific rifles, the .45 ACP would be preferred in semi-auto and the other 2 in bolt action rifles of quality make. Brands aren't that important, just things I've never had.
Well, I had a BDL heavy barrel in 6mm Rem...that's why I don't want one of those 6mm's.

I'd like to have a .45-70 falling block something with a good peep sight.

I'd like to have a .223 Ruger M-77 All Weather with the boat paddle stock with a 3x9 Leupold Scope on it.

I'd like to have a .243 Savage 99 with a good fixed 4x scope on it.

I've already owned a bunch and sold a bunch. I'm at the point that there is nothing out there that I've not either already owned, or have already decided I don't want/need. I pretty much already have what I'd consider perfect for me.

But if I ever change my mind and decide to have something just to have it there are a few that tweak my interest even though I have no real use for them.

A 7X57 in a Classic styled rifle would be nice. Rifle would be Winchester 70 Featherweight.

I've owned both 338/06 and 35 Whelen in the past and wouldn't go back. But the 9.3X62 might scratch my itch for something bigger than 30 caliber. Winchester 70 Sporter.

I've had most of the common lever action cartridges, wouldn't really want to go back to any of them. But the Winchester 71 in 348 would be nice to play with.

I kinda want a 25-20 for backyard potshots. Or maybe a 22 hornet.

A 7mm-08 would be cool. It sounds good on paper anyway.

And a 7.62x51 battle rifle of some flavor would be great. I’m thinking a DSA FAL… except I don’t have $1800 right now.
