I would trade my Glock for a Springfield Armory. I had e a SW MP 45 and was not happy with it at all.
SW is not what it used to be and I was a die hard SW fan boy,

Well hell, time to start shopping for the S&W MP 10MM.

I wasn’t impressed with the Shield I had in .40 so hoped the 2.0 in this size will appease my desire…

I know SA has the 10mm in a 3.8 barrel. Wouldn't want to shoot from that size barrel. A Shield in 10mm. Ouch. I have one in 9mm and another in 45 which are easy to shoot. Accuracy because of the length of the barrel is more difficult beyond 7 yards, but not impossible. firing 10mm out of a 3.1 inch barrel, would seem pretty stout and I would think hard to do it accurately.

I really wanted them to give us a 2.0 version of the old M&P45c that was about halfway in between the M&P40/9c and the M&P40/9 full-size. Held eight rounds. But this one looks more like a full-size M&P45 and a 'compact' version made by lopping off an inch of barrel and slide.

A S&W 210 would be fine for me- Yet my Pre lock 610 will suffice

I’m Surprised someone hasn’t posted “Ya but the 9mm is better Because of faster follow ups and higher cap, improvement on Bullet tech blah blah blah”
I’ve always found the 10mm to be a Sweetheart in the Semi Auto world. Can do so many things well. I really liked my S&W 1066 , except the weight! Weigh :( to heavy.
A 10mm C.O.R.E 2.0 with a 5” barrel and heavy springs! Ya - Add a micro red dot and That’s a auto I’d be digging on! Concealed Behemoth/ Hunting Assistant and fun range toy!

Stopped into my LGS and put in a request for one. Owner is a good friend and pretty good on getting hands on special orders so we shall see.
