Any recommendations for a Gunsmith to do general work on a T/C Contender? Trigger, “slicking”, and etc.... Thank you for your suggestions.

EAB and Bellm are the ones I have always heard mentioned. There’s a TC group on Facebook that I’m part of and those guys seem to praise both of them pretty heavily.

I need to send mine into t/c for my seer spring breaking. Wonder if I should send it to one of those companies for a slick up instead...

You can also check with Haus of Arms, no Contender frames but about 1/2 dozen Encore frames.

Between dad and I we have 5 Brown Custom barrels and they’ve reworked my Pro Hunter’s innards for a very smooth action. Highly recommended.

He used to have a forum that was a good place to go and read up on TCs, and such. Sadly I think it’s gone now.

Smith & Wesson has that division up for sale, I believe. Hopefully someone will step in and buy them and bring it back.
