Beautiful! Got my son the Damascus Endura last Christmas, but the pattern seems to have faded. He never did contact Spyderco.

What’s funny is my wife and son got me this Damascus and I bought him a dragonfly Damascus. We’s fancy.
If he does contact them I’d be curious to hear what they say.

You always get the best knives!
If the knife is used, the pattern will almost certainly fade. The pattern is basically the difference in how the two different metals respond to a controlled oxidation process. When exposed to normal oxidation, the contrast between the two metals will likely become less visible.
Keeping the blade well oiled may prevent or minimize the fading effect.
I'm not recommending it, but the blade can be re-etched. Some people say that they get good results from very strong coffee. The nice thing is that because these knives have a VG10 (stainless steel) core the etching process isn't likely to mess with the edge too much.
That is a nice looking blade!
