I am using a Lee Collator on their Universal Case Feeder on an APP. I am getting too many upside down 9mm cases.

YouTube has several hacks. What is the consensus here on the one that works the best?

Pex Tubing? A washer in the center?

Thanks.

When you pour the cases in the collator, don't pour 'em directly over the holes, pour 'em to the side and shake the tubes as you're pouring.
Don't leave a pile on top of the collator when the tubes ae full, empty the funnel when the tubes are full...

I fixed the problem by ordering an extra 9/16" clear thinwall tubing, (same as the Lee supplied tubing that comes with the collator. Use a hack saw or a Dremel to cut 4 pieces the same length as the upper holes. They will not fall through but will stop halfway in.
I'm talking about the same tubing as the four tubes running out the bottom, only short pieces, sized to be flush on top.

Just lay them in......when done, turn it upside down and dump the four pieces and store them for the next time, as they aren't needed for .40 and .45.

Lee Collator ... I am getting too many upside down 9mm cases.
Drill a hole in a penny and use a spent 22LR case to hold the penny in the center of case collator - No more upside down 9mm cases.

I use the PEX , easy to insert easy to remove. Also works with 380
