Beretta Bobcat or Tomcat?

I have both and like both. I think a lot of DA trigger pull issues are actually more an indication of what one began shooting. I was almost totally a wheel gun shooter and somewhat accustomed to long heavy DA triggers and so simply never really noticed any problems transitioning to the DA/SA semi-automatics.
I like the DA trigger and am more of a wheel gunner too. But what threw me with my Tomcat .32 was that the first shot being DA, then the rest of the shots being SA, the trigger pull was so much lighter for the second shot that I found myself doing double taps at the range without trying. Kind of spooky, but with training that could be used to advantage for a carry gun, especially with a .32 which is at the bottom if not below the bottom of generally accepted SD calibers.

DA/SA transition has been pretty normal for me so I really have no issues moving between SA, DA/SA and DAO. I've been shooting DA/SA pistols for at least a half century though.
