Laws change.

But I got 1,000 primed 12 ga shotgun cases from Ballistic Products some years ago via UPS.

Recent powder and primer orders have come via, either UPS or Fed-Ex.

I am pretty sure the USPS does not allow what they consider “explosives.”

I would expect UPS or Fedex to do it, for a premium of course. Whether it is more than the kind we pay when we purchase primers from online vendors is not something I've ever looked in to but I also suspect that it would be.

That I agree with. I was contacted about a powder trade, but I'd rather do that stuff in person. I think by the time we got done with all the hoops it would not be remotely worth it

Just seen the above post, so maybe I'm wrong. Personally tho, not really worth it to add about 30 bux to a pound of powder

You will need to print an "ORM D" label to affix to the outside of the box.

UPS and FedEx will NOT provide one for you.
