You did not mention the BHN hardness of the coated bullets you were using.
I use some very similar loads that you are using but I use different hardness bullets depending on the loading.
For Example:
1.) I use 240 grain coated lead bullets with 6.6 grains & 7.0 grains of Unique but I use bullets that are 12 BHN hardness and have no problems. If I used 18 BHN hardness bullets, I had leading.
2.) I also use Accurate #9 (19.0 Gr) for hotter magnum loads but use 18 BHN hardness 240 grain bullets with no problem but if I would use 12 BHN hardness 240 grain bullets, I would have problems.
I have never used Accurate #5 powder.
