I loaned a buddy some Varget the other night and he asked if I came across any grab it for him because he called several shops and no one had any. I got bored today and saw the shop had a sale so I called all 3 asking if they had Varget and Sierra Match Kings. All 3 said no, haven’t seen Varget in months abs SMK sold out. I then called Cabelas and the guy said I’ve got 3 bottles that have been sitting here for 3 days. He says it’s $47 though.

When I arrived I saw BLC2, Rutumbo, Titegroup, Varget, and another pistol powder. I arrived and while waiting in line a guy walks up with a reloading manual and asks for primers. He’s advised they only have Federal AR Match primers. The guy then tells the counter guy that he’s looking for pistol primers and that you can use rifle primers instead of pistol primers cause they are the same size but not the AR primers. When he walked away I asked the worker how much the primers were and he said $100-10000. He said they have been getting CCI but sell them $8-100. I almost grabbed myself a pound of Varget but I passed. I was shocked at the stock they had. Factory ammo was insane too with 3 aisles packed full and probably 100k rounds of 22lr at reasonable prices. I am so glad to see stuff coming back.

I had a fellow a couple weeks ago sell Me 5 one pound jugs of Varget for $20 a pound. He said He had no use for it.
The LGS around here have got powder and primers. But at ridiculous prices.

***t dude... you should go play the lottery, lucky ***********
Think I missed a few** spelling wusnt my bestest class.

I wasn't sure about the V-Crown as far as expansion goes, but they are some mighty accurate bullets.I use them in 9,45 and 40.My 10MM 1911 doesn't like to feed them, hollow point is too big.

I stopped in at Fins a week ago. Snapped a couple pictures of the powder shelves.

There was 4 8# of H335 last week. They still had 2 on the shelf, -1, yesterday. Alliant powders are still high, but Hodgdon Powder seems to be in line with the prices at Powder Valley and Midsouth Shooters.

I made the hour drive to the Sandusky one and got hosed for some H335 at over $40lb. I did get CCI 400 for $10-100 which had me shaking my head because they were like $14 several weeks ago and the H335 was like $35 at the Cleveland location. Their bullet prices are cheaper than anyone else though

I wanted to wait, but rifle powder stock was getting thin here. Alliant powders and primers are still in the "I'm not that disparate yet" zone.
Same here. I have about 1k SRP left and I've had those for several years.

The Alliant pricing is even worse. Up to $52 for a pound.
Last week when I stopped in, I did buy a box of Hornady's 180 gr. XTPs for 357 mag. Not a hurtful price. :)
