Which one should I cut loose?

I say sell the SIG and keep the CZ but then again I was never a big fan of the P2022. That and the fact that I own and love my P07 kind of makes my opinion a little bit biased!

Actually I went with the CZ because I really liked the solid build quality that it has and that I could swap out the decocker for a thumb safety and carry it in Condition One, like I do with all of my 1911s.

I carry with one in and decocked. also have M*cabo parts in it. Very smooth

OK guys. I'm still unsure which one to let go, but there is no hurry. The wife is not a problem. It's fun to get new guns and if I let one go now and then I can keep a flow of new stuff.

As to which one I shoot better, I addressed that in the first post. Sometimes it's the CZ and sometimes it's the SIG. No clear winner there. But I don't shoot either one as well I I do my Canik Rival or the SIG X-Carry Legion. Or my Shield Plus PC for that matter. As I said, I seem to be better with the striker fired guns. Just the other day I picked up an M&P 2.0 with the 4.25 inch barrel. Haven't shot it yet but I got it because I was so impressed with how well I do with the little Shield Plus.

Which do you cut loose? The wife. Mine lets me buy whatever I want *and* lets me have a girlfriend. Oh, and they're friends now.

If we're going to live in a brave new world, we might as well enjoy it.

After reading this last comment, my suggestion at this point is: sell them both and buy a HK VP9 or/and a Walther PDP.

your doing something right! Is your name Chad?

No, just a millennial who learned to skew modernity in my favor.
modernity ??? do what???? jk

I once dated a girl who was writing her PHD on modernity and women religion stuff. I told her to use her brains to make money and go to Law School. She did, and I agreed to marry her if I didn’t have to work.

I like Sig's, but not the 2022. I've had CZ's and have come to the conclusion they are overrated. Between the 2 the CZ would find a new home.

If I were in your shoes, I'd sell both and buy a Sig M18. Or the M17 if a tiny bit more barrel length is important to you. Striker fired for consistent trigger pull. A 4 lb trigger mated to a 1911 style safety with 17 round capacity with larger mags available. Mine will shoot right with any 1911 I've ever had.

that good?

My wife has been pretty good about my gun purchases, but now it's getting to the point where I have to let one go. I know that it will hurt most of you guys to think such a thing. But to keep peace and have the ability to keep purchasing new guns, I have to let one go now and then.

Are your financial responsibilities met, and can you fund the purchase of a new gun without selling one? If so, there's no need to sell either for the sake of "keeping peace."

Oh...and with the way things are in the world right now, if I was in your shoes, I'd cut the SiG loose, and probably buy another CZ. It so happens I like them.

After 19 years I let the wife go about 7 years ago. Since then have added about 120 more special friends to the flock. Your mileage may vary.

Ill go against the thread sentiment and say keep the Sig and dump the CZ. While I think it’s a fine gun, I had a P07 and don’t miss it. I’d like a 2022 if I ever find one for the right price, still regret not picking up a lightly used one for dirt cheap back in ‘19.
