What's everyone carrying?

Taurus PT 111 cheap 10.00 holster. A loose fitting tank top or T-shirt concels it pretty good. And Taurus sprectrum pocket. Im not huge heavy. 5'8 210 LBS and dropping. My worst weight was 289 lbs.

S&W Shorty Forty in a Dillon OWB holster or a Sig P938 in a custom holster that lets me keep the trigger guard laser on.If my attire will permit,I carry my Springfield SA-35 in a shoulder holster, but as hot as it's been lately,it's the P938.

Like my 365xl in a Vedder light tuck. Never cared for leather or hybrids, too hot in the summer and get soaked and gross with how sweaty I am, prefer as little holster on my belt as possible (yes I am thinking about trying a Raven, haven’t got around to it yet); also I really like the steel clips Vedder uses over most other options I’ve tried.

I'm one of those guys regularly disparaged on gun forums -- yep, the guy with a "carry rotation." Normally SIG Sauer P-series pistols with the same operating system.

But sometimes, a cocked'n'locked single action system just because... when I feel froggy, a good 1911 in a Kramer Belt Scabbard fits the bill nicely

About as small as I go when "deep cover" is called for...

But when I'm feeling Czech...

Looking to upgrade from my J frame to something easily concealable in shorts and t shirt on a fat man.
Height and weight aren't necessarily an obstacle to effective and comfortable concealed carry. The keys are a solid belt and quality holster. Even a 4" N-frame revolver or 5" 1911 can be easily concealed on virtually any body type with a good belt/holster combination.

I love carrying a full-size pistol when attired in shorts and a tee-shirt. Nobody expects it, nor looks for it. Just make sure the shirt is loose enough about the waist/hips, thick enough fabric, preferably darker in color or patterned. And the waist of the pants/shorts must be worn as high as possible with a thick enough belt worn tightly.

I rarely even carry IWB anymore, and have never needed appendix carry (which I consider somewhat stupid, if not ridiculously risky). Quality OWB can be concealed well.

Absolutely spot on.

This, right here.

What sidearm and holster combo is everyone CC?
Depends on where I'm going, what I'll be doing and how I'm dressed. The one I carry most often is a Ruger LCP in a pocket holster. That should get me out of the most likely scenarios where I would need to draw.

When I'm out in the woods I like to carry a Ruger 6 shot 357 revolver in an off-brand leather holster. Sometimes I will carry this pistol in an urban setting but not often.

I used to carry a Sig 225-A1 in a Galco leather holster. The Galco wasn't designed for that pistol but is close enough that it works very well. I backed off from carrying that one daily as I relocated to what I perceive as a city where I am less likely to need the larger pistol.

In almost all cases I still carry the LCP as a New York reload/backup gun.

P365 with a XL Grip module. Magazines with MagGuts 12 + 2 spring kits holding 14 rounds, only protruding downward about 1/8" more than stock.. The Grip bottom and magazine floor plate have been radiused to better fit my hand. The beavertail has been radiused to prevent hang up during draw. A 2 oz tungsten weight has been added inside the handgrip for better balance when the magazine is low on ammunition. The magazine release button has been extended to a normal position like that on a P320. The manual safety lever has been removed from right side, leaving it on the left side only.

I carry it in a fanny pack that holds 2 extra 14 round magazines and I carry a 4th magazine in my rear pocket, for a total of 56 rounds plus 1 in the chamber. I wear the fanny pack to my rear and access the P365 by reaching around behind my right side.

Flaps Open smer.jpg
The wide flap is a fake distraction. Access is via flaps that open at the sides. I have added magnets to the frame and side flaps to hold the flaps closed.

There are 7 layers of aluminum in front of the barrel, totaling 1/2", that act as a bullet stop, just in case of an accidental firing. There is a modified Sig holster mounted inside the fanny pack.

This shows the approximate position of the pistol and magazines inside the fanny pack.
