I would like to find a knife/sheath low ride pocket combo. I’m thinking a bird/trout style knife about 7” long in a pocket sheath. I pocket carry a multi tool 95% of the time so I’m looking for about the same feel. Currently I have a ESEE in a kydex sheath that rides to high. Someone on here posted about juo fuu? Leather a while back and that looked interesting. Anyone have any suggestions and maybe a picture. Thanks!

A bird and trout knife is a very slender style better suited for pocket carry than most knives its length. A Tek Lok is very bulky, and automatically loses most of the advantages of carrying a very slender knife. A Spyderco G clip would be a better OWB choice for a knife like this.

And then there's lots of custom guys. Some are no more expensive than these production pieces. Local young maker Samuel Riner makes several small knives I own that would be fine pocket carry with a Utiliclip on his kydex. https://fibermascus.com/

I have an ulticlip on my keychain. It is very secure and has held up well for the last 6 months. Mounting one on a pocket sheath would be a great way to carry a small fixed blade in your pocket.
