JUST THINK...

Like the vast majority of others, this island state will soon find out, the ordinary good citizen is NOT out to shoot everything, just self defense IF necessary and I add, as following human nature, as a last resort.

Good for the good ppl of HI !

Issuing a carry permit/license should not be newsworthy; it should be normal (actually, it should be needless.)

It's never been about that. Hawaii has already known that. It's about control and suppression. An armed citizenry has power the government wants for itself.

Maui Police Dept FAQ:

Q: Does this allow "Dog the Bounty Hunter" to finally carry a gun?
A: Duane Chapman is a convicted felon (1st degree murder) and is prohibited from carrying or buying any firearm.
Luckily, my son is not a convicted felon……but he has been to Maui.

Well the states that have in the past have made a carry permit almost impossible to get will make it very difficult and/or expensive to get.
NJ requires a training course that costs about $400.00 +-. three refrences and is only good for two years.
