I am creating a SBR and have created a property assignment form in my trust for the stripped lower receiver.

do I need to upload this assignment form to the form 1 efile application?

I already uploaded my trust, form 23, pictures, etc.
 
While I don't think they will notice either way, I always do because technically it's part of the Trust. My assignment of properties are just scanned in behind my Schedule A and they are a single document (as far uploading to ATF).
 
Thanks Ryan. I ran in to a bigger snag.

ATF has my address listed for the wrong county for me. We actually span three counties.

I have talked to two people at the atf and ask the experts is the only source of communication.

that hasn’t worked yet for two weeks.
 
A friend of mine years back did not even put the suppressor he bought on his Schedule A or an assignment of property until AFTER the form 4 was approved, I do it in advance because the property belongs to the Trust when I file. But point is both of us got multiple items approved that way. My form 1's have always had the item I was SBRing listed on the Schedule A and included an assignment of property of that item.

I assigned it and ran in to a snag.

atf website only show my address for one county and my zip code spans 3.

I have three submissions to ask the experts and three phone calls. I’m in a holding pattern and I don’t have a good feeling. It’s been two weeks.
 
Update on this.

still cannot get the ATF to fix my zip code issue.

I have talked to two different individuals and they both stated that I have to use the “ask the expert” function on the site. ATF has no direct line for issues.

based on my experience the experts don’t have time to respond or fix my issue.
