I know these are not the "cup of tea" for most readers of this forum, but we were out having fun with the Saiga 12 and SDS BP12 shooting #8 1-1/4oz 1250 fps (claimed) loads at my club's steel plate rack. My friend shot some "slow motion" video with his Galaxy S9 phone and I thought the results were pretty cool. The first two shots are full speed then it drops to slow motion.
I'm really impressed with the SDS BP12, despite having serious issues initially, but they repaired it (paid shipping both ways) and it has been 100% with everything from 1oz 1175 fps loads to 3" 00 buckshot since its return, although I've not shot a lot of buckshot through it.
I'd take a Remington 1100 with an extended mag tube over the Saiga any day, but I'd take the SDS BP12 over anything short of a sub-machine gun inside of 25 yards. On balance I'm a tad faster with the BP12 knocking down the six plates than I am with my full size 9mm SIG P320.
