During normal times I think the longest it took was about 30 minutes for me for the $10 BGC.
Usually about 5 minutes or so.

But when 12,000+ dump a BGC on the couple people that do them you may be waiting a bit.

You do have to get a BGC for the BCG if it's in a complete rifle though.

In Washington some buy the entire rifle but separated.
Basically pop the pins and buy the upper and lower as separate pieces to get by the waiting period or whatever the new law is.

Well, the latest Washington State law I know of is that all firearm transfers have to go through a FFL now. I'm not sure what has come down the pike since that one. Not sure what advantage buying the rifle in two parts would do, as I'm pretty sure the upper is still not considered a firearm. ? But, there may be new developments that I'm not aware of.

I believe a complete rifle there is a 10 day waiting period.
Separated and it's sold as just an upper and the complete lower is sold as other.

We've had the everything goes through an FFL here since 2013.
Oddly enough running gun battles are now normal.
Traffic calming barrels didn't seem to work so more laws will stop it.

Were it me, i would fill out the paper work and have the lowers, mags, uppers, whatever your going to get.....shipped to my new address in another state.

Then we just end up ruining more states. Look at what’s happening in Colorado and Houston. Lots of naïve blue folks moving into red states, dragging electoral votes to the anti-gun side.

Same with Spokane. Floods of Seattle people escaping the West coast politics and conditions, and then turning (cloning?) Eastern Washington into Western Washington...which used to be two very different places.

Another narrow win for the Republican Texas Governor... no matter what you call it, it was toooooo close. The Marxist.... er, excuse me... Democrat opponent told everyone that he was certainly coming for our guns. This in TEXAS. They are destroying the metro areas...

When faced with the probability of this type of infringment, done by a state with very probably, criminal consequencesfor those who dont kneel, you really feel like you can fight city hall? If indeed their was a possibility of not enacting this ridiculous legislation, it would have been done by the no vote.
Sure, get all your buddies, write letters, wave signs. If it's possible to, best of luck. The outcome will not change, at least in oregon.

I’d wager about 15,000. That’s what it would take to flip my home State. Never would I consider abandoning ship rather than standing up to stupidity. Educating every person reachable is the only sustainable plan.

It may come to pass that all of us finish our final lap without Constitutional Rights but sooner or later momentum always swings. Back and forth as history repeats.

Now at 12,000+ waiting on a BGC and stores are not taking anymore transfers
In Oregon if you have a CHL it moves you ahead of those that don't, if your name is John Smith that will slow the BGC down either way.
