TV Shows about Guns

All on the Pursuit Channel, Outdoor Channel or Sportsman Channel (thank you DirecTV, only the Outdoor Channel has HD, though):

Gun Stories - Joe Mantegna hosts, some cool stuff

Personal Defense - same folks that do the Athlon gun rags?

Handguns & Defensive Weapons - some of the G&A folks, plus some of our lovely female competitive shooters)

Trigger Time TV - who doesn't like Tatiana Whitlock?

Guns and Gear - the dad and son Gresham

Hollywood Guns - testing out stuff from classic action movies with Larry Zanoff of ISS

Spirit of the Wild - the Motor City Madman and his lovely bride (mostly hunting, but RKBA-centered)

American Rifleman TV - Mark Keefe (yawn) but some great history

Shooting Gallery - I want Michael Bane's job

Shooting USA is decent. They usually cover some kind of competition, do a review or two on firearm related products, have a blurb on an older/historical firearm and then wrap up with some shooting tips from a pro.

Considering how badly that whole affair ended, I doubt you can find that show anywhere now except maybe DVDs on Ebay.
Just like American Guns with how Rich Wyatt ended up. Although Will Hayden's crimes were far more heinous. Coincidentally, I obtained a dirt-cheap Performance Center Rich Wyatt "Deep Cover" Gunsmoke Edition S&W Model 637 after the original owner found out what Wyatt had been doing and got disgusted. Flipped it for about a 200% profit.

I want Jim Scoutten's job too. And his son's! More based on competition, which sometimes gets a little boring, but Jim is a great guy.

I enjoyed Top Shot on history.
Top Shot was fun. I admit, I was hooked on it. Interesting that a couple pro shooters and some otherwise experienced firearms instructors and gun guys flamed out early and a novice shooter IT dude won one season.

Iain Harrison sure landed on his feet after that show, though. Got a great gig as editor of Recoil.

Haven’t had it on my tv for a while but CarbonTV used to have a fee app.

lots of hunting and shooting shows and 3 gun nation

Loved Top Shot. My wife, who would not usually be attracted to a gun shooting show, really enjoyed it. I appreciated the REAL aspect of the shooting. Ya either hit the target or ya don't. The winner does.

Looks like a lot of these are on the Outdoor Channel and the Sportsman's Channel my YouTube TV does not have them I'll have to figure out what streaming service does

You might be able to find some of them on other apps, Top Shot is on something right now, maybe Roku or Tubi

Remember the show called Red Jacket out of Lousiana ,about a custom gunsmith making all sorts of exotic guns
Yeah, I referred to that show with my remark about Will Hayden. Sexual predator, child molester. Convict. His crimes were shameful, so I doubt too many folks want to remember his show.

Was a sad story, but look for the clip from the episode with Jerry Miculek shooting a semi-auto AR15 within an eye-blink of as fast as a full auto AK with better hits. I think it is still on youTube.

There is no comparison to what Will Hayden did. I hope he is getting his daily injection. I tried watching that show a few times but couldn’t as he was just too greasy.

I really like to watch on youtube a couple guys. ( I know Hickok45, but after 15 years I'm kinda tired of him) Try Mixup98, he showcases normal everyman shooting irons, just him and his son out in the desert. Then there's Kentucky Ballistics!!! always entertaining.

I know about YouTube videos this is more about TV shows.Looks like a lot of them are on Sportsman or Outdoor channels which I don't get on YouTubeTv.

I am not a fan of most gun TV shows and media. However, I really enjoy Paul Harrell’s YouTube videos. It’s something different from the 101 guys shooting ballistic gelatin and tacticool wanna-be operators.
