I'd like to buy one of the I-shot range bags, but every place I find that sells their stuff either doesn't answer the phone or doesn't have a phone number on their website to call. I'd really like confirmation that they have one before I blindly buy online.

Thanks,

Dan

I have ordered several items from gunnersalley online with no problems. This included 4 range bags and a couple of holsters.

Thanks guys. I left a message with the guys at Gunner's Alley and got a return call within 30 minutes. Just got done placing an order with them. I like that kind of customer service...

well you could order it from i-shot themselves, or you could plug in i-shot range bag to google and try one of the many results.

clark98ut, I'm sorry we weren't around to answer your calls and I'm glad you managed to get through to Gunners Alley.

Both Gunners and us are family run businesses and it does get very difficult for us to man the phones throughout between the gun shows, the matches, the training we host, the packing in the warehouse, etc. Rest assured if you ever called and left a message, you will get a reply in no time. One of these days we're gonna sell enough bags to have a full time office manager that we can harass the hell out ;)

Once again, my apologies. I do hope you'll enjoy your new i-SHOT bag :)

Feel free should you have any Qs about your new bag.

No worries. I should have my bag some time next week, and I do understand the situation. The fact that you're on here posting says a lot in my opinion. I'm sure I'll be more than satisfied with your product.

Thanks,

Dan

clark,

You will be more than satisfied with your new range bag. Helmie makes aqn absolutely fabulous product. I have one of his Revolver Range Bags, which I got for Christmas from my wife. I love it.

I use mine so much, I broke one of the clips for the shoulder strap. Of course, I had four handguns (S&W 625, S&W 686, P/O 14/45, Ruger MkII), 18 full moonclips, 10 full mags of .45, eyes, ears, gloves, stapler, tape, a demooner, and a couple boxes of .22 lr in it at the time. (No wonder it broke, huh?)

I called Friday afternoon and left a message about a replacement clip and about buying a spare 8-mag panel. I'm sure I'll get a call early in the week.

Frank

(BTW, if you check their website, I have a quick review posted for the Rev. Range Bag. It pretty much says the exact thing I said in my first paragraph above.)

Hey Frank, just got your message. That strap should have held that weigh irregardless. I guess there's always a first time and I'm sorry it occurred to you.

No worries, I will get a new shoulder strap to you. Which color is your bag?

Can you email me us your address? ...... [email protected]

We'll take care of you. Thanks :)

Just an update. I e-mailed i-shot in regard to my broken clip / strap. I told Helmie that I didn't need an entire strap, just the clip at the end. Most manufacturers would say "Great, that's cheaper for us." Not i-SHOT. Nope, Helmie is sending me an entire strap, just because he's that kind of a stand-up guy and businessman. It's a shame there aren't more folks like this in business today.

Thanks again Helmie.

Frank
