I was really tired, and laying on my bed, when a new idea dawned on me. Why not have firearm prints on my bed sheets/pillow cases ?. I know its a strange idea, but personally I think it would be pretty cool. Maybe bed sheets that have a pattern of piles of brass on them, same thing for a comforter. Then have some sort of rifle on the pillow case. I have looked on the web for firearm related bedding, but came up empty. Maybe I am on to something here. My g/f says she would be ok with such designs, as long as she gets to pick all the designs for the bathroom. Considering her preliminary picks for bathroom colors:barf: , I might just decide to keep this firearm bed idea in my mind

NOT a good idea. Think of SHTF, man! You throw a couple of guns on the bed for your friends and neighbors, and suddenly the bedroom is overrun with zombies, and you can't figure out which guns are real and which are just pictures!:uhoh:

Don't ask how I know.

And not just sheets. Have a vest made of it and then they'd never be sure if your carry piece had printed or not. Or just open your coat. "Lord, boy! Don't mess with him. Can't you see how many he's packin'?";)

And what lil' highroader wouldn't want a 2A "Armed Bear" ?:)

Wait, another thought on the "teddy" idea...Oh, Zastrina!

It sounds like a reasonable business plan to me--clothing, bedding furniture, draperies, car seat covers. Do you have experience in marketing?

I'd consider giving 'em to the kids and let them be expelled, so as to expose the administration as anti-gun, bigotted, left-wing and anti American - and afraid of pictures. But your kids must be into it first. Where my kids go to school, they have a trap shooting club. Some protested, but the principle put them in their place, stating that the school runs an agricultural machine and welding shop, which is certainly more likely to result in injured students than a measley old shotgun, and no one ever protested against the shop. She pointed out the obvious double standard. One person with gumption can indeed make a difference.

Car seat covers :D. I have worked retail sales for 10 years full time. If I believe in something, I can sell it. I seriously think that its a untapped market. I know that there are people like me that would love to have a bunch of assorted rifles on their bedding or shower curtain :D. I will have to look into this. I am great at marketing things I need to sell, my e-bay history proves it. I have never sold a product for a loss on e-bay, and my auctions always sell for more then anyone thats selling the same item. It comes down to good photos, good customer service, good description, and good quality items. If I start out small with such items, (like Bedding, mousepads, doormats, etc) I wont have to much invested, but the oppurtunity for growth would be there.

Good luck hitting anything if you bring a chick back to your pad just to see your bed has a comforter with different rifles and their corresponding bullets.

It's all well and good to be armed, but lets not all be gay men in the process.

I have been in a realtionship for a year now, and if you would have read my original post my g/f is fine with it :D. I just lose decorating rights to the bathroom. If having a bed spread with firearms and related items makes me a homosexual so be it. I rather be a homosexual thats happy with my bed spread then someone who is ignorant.

Lets be honest here, if some woman would be offended by firearms on your bed sheets, what will she think when you have her meet the children? (AKA all your firearms). A clean neatly made bed with firearm sheets is not a deal breaker. If it is, she wouldn't tolerate your firearms in the first place. Also, its not like I am saying lets have pink bed sheets with ak47s that have pink stocks. If the demand is there then I guess they will exist. More normal ones would be the ticket. Especially if parents wanted to buy some firearm bedding for their children.

I know for an adult to have designs on the comforter and such, it might be a bit out of the normal. Since most of us stopped with that when we were young. It doesn't mean anything is wrong with having designs on bed. LEts be honest here too, would you rather have firearm prints on the bed or your typical bed bath and beyond stuff? :D

Works for me. And yes I know but it's close enough.

Correia...we need THR special edition pink plastic stock sets for AKs to go with that THR white sale.

Don't you guys see the DANGER?

What if someone busts up in your pad while you slumber? Think of it! You grope frantically under your pillow, unable to find your HD firearm of choice, and hurl the pillow aside, only to find nine of your favorite gun underneath! There's no time! Which one is real?!

:D

There's designs on almost every kind of bedding. Whether it be stripes, flowers or other crazy things. Hell, if I could find bedding with G.I. Joe or Transformers that would fit my bed, I'd have them. Just because you're older doesn't mean you still can't act like a kid sometimes. I'd have bedding with assault rifles and such on them. If a female had a problem with it, I doubt you'd want to be with them anyway. Anybody shallow enough to not have a relationship with somebody because of what's on their sheets and comforter has some serious issues that I myself would rather not deal with.

A parent just knows, OK? It's the BG who won't be able to tell which one is real, therefore undoing the argument that you'll wake up finding someone else holding the gun on you that you left on the nightstand.

Hey Zastros thats not a AK :neener: .

Just leave a Airsoft on your nightstand so if you wake up to a BG pointing your "gun" at you, you can laugh while reaching for your real piece.

I oncce talked MrsTwigg into buying a set of bedroom linens in Mossy Oak New Break-Up by telling her it was "A nice woodland floral print".

It's all in the presentation. :D
