Rambo sighting in Iraq

Is it SOP to have your ammo belt dragging on the ground and wrapped around your neck? That seems like it might be a problem when trying to fire your weapon.
Don't get me wrong, I am glad that this guy is out doing his job as an Iraqui policeman, I'm glad I'm not in that position.
If the Rambo comment was silly I'm sorry, that was the first thing I thought of when I saw the picture.
