I bought it quite a while back. Its obviously a Spyderco, maybe a commemorative of some sort. I found in box of knives I have laying around. No box.

Yep! It's the "Q". Not a commerative. It's a great little knife that didn't get anywhere near the praise it was due. The first Qs were a little chunky, but the second gen Qs had flatter handles.

I remember this little guy pretty well. On the way home from the show I bought it at, I opened it in truck while I was driving. When I closed it my thumb got in the way. So I found out how sharp the little guy is. I'm gonna rent a table and sell some stuff at a show next month. What do you think it's worth?

Popeye,

10 years ago, I think that these were about $40-42, nib. They're extremely light weight and I forget that it's in my pocket.
The pocket clip is a little weak, I took mine off and haven't missed it.

It looks like it would be a total pocket lint collector! All those holes! Geeze, after a week in my pocket it would look ike my dog!

O.K. Thanks folks. Over the years I've accumulated a lot of stuff. I've got so much stuff, worn out boots, jackets, shirts I can't fit into, knives, and even a stuffed armadillo, and alligator, I can hardly turn around in here. I'm gonna try to sell some stuff and maybe get newer stuff. Except for the Dillo and Gator, they're old and dried up and crispy, like me. And they're my pals.

I believe those "Q" Spydercos are highly prized by Spydie collectors. You should not have trouble finding a buyer if you decide to sell.
