On the net?

I dunno.

At Wal-Mart? Most definitely.

And those val-u packs of Remington UMC are usually on sale for less at Bass Pro Shops, but I don't know if you have one close by.

I just bought 4 boxes of 115gr WWB (9 MM)for practice at Wal-Mart for $60 FWIW, they had 1 single box of 50 hollow point 147gr Winchester defense ammo for $14.77 too, so I got that to have some extra defense ammo....

That place you linked doesn't have a store in my state apparently, but prices seem close, but if you had to ship, I didn't take the time to calculate that.

As to online places to beat that price, I'm still looking into all my options as well, in case Wal-Mart goes away.

NO!!! they can't.... 5.88 a box for brass .. and 4.88 for steel .. I shoot monarch from academy through my nine all the time .. I haven't found much cheaper ..

Sure can, by the time you add shipping to that price, you might as well walk into Wal*Mart and buy their stuff right off the shelf. And you get it instantly.

Academy wants $36.87 for 250 9mm Remingtons (which is $7.37/50) . Or $6.93 for 50 WWB 9mm. I get CCI Blazer Brass for $6.99/50 at Wal*Mart. Or WWB 50 9mm for $6.99 at the local gun store.

Natchez had Remington, Winchester, and Federal American Eagle 9mm for $6.99/50, Magtech was $7.99 IIRC (plus S&H) in their latest catalog.

$5.69 for 50 AL Blazers isn't bad. But I prefer brass case ammo.

I got a case of Remington green Box at Dick's sporting goods for 6 something per 50 but they were on sale. Good price for in-town though.

Cheap ammo here too, but they are reloaded. Real good prices on the weirder calibers. 9mm's there are close to store prices but I have been told that it is real quality stuff.

Just checked the place I normally by ammo online, Midway USA. Seems they have had some major price increases in 9mm. Wal-mart and Outdoor World are probably the way to go, atleast for me.

Sportsmanguide.com has really good deals on ammo and a wide viarety of specialty rounds.

Even though wal mart WWB prices are still better priced then on the internet.

Academy Has brass monarch ammo for 5.88/50 .. PLEASE SHOW ME a wal-mart that can beat it

The three WalMarts closest to me sometimes have clearances on Blazer for about that price, tnieto2004. It's not impossible, you just have to be patient and then stock up like crazy when it happens.

I use Monarch from Academy too, its actually very clean and accurate. Surprised the hell out of me the 1st time I tried it and you CANNOT beat the price. I use Monarch for all my range fun with all my pistol and .223 caliber needs.

I still don't know about the net but I just got back from Dick's with a fresh 500 rounds of 9mm Reminton UMC (not bulk pack, case of green boxes) for $6.98/50. That's $.39 per 50 cheaper and I have them NOW. I had to buy 500 to get that price though.

Academy is now about $1.50-2 cheaper per 50 on WWB 9mm. They're both too high on WWB .45acp and .38spl.
