The "LaPanel Constant" defines the instantaneous probability of an array of panel particles encroaching upon the anthroprometric space envalope simultanesously being occupied by a humaniod modular life-form component.
Expressed thus,
LaPanel Constant = AP[Hpc]PC[CR] t / Sf[REM]
Where, AP is defined as the total panel area of influence for the time period being considered, sq. ft.
Hpc is the height of the center of the panel mass related to AP, ft.
PC is the overall conditon of the AP, 1=pristine, 9=decrepate
CR is the collapse rate, at which the AP leaves the origional position and begins downward acceleration, ft./sec2
t is time, in microseconds
Sf is the Skedaddle Factor or, the rate at which the humanoid modular life-form component can migrate
from the present location to another AP, epxressed in feet per second
REM is the Rapid Equipment Movement rate, in feet per second, where applicable
We must work together to do the needed R&D to further develop the equation for the benefit of those subjected to the LaPanel phenomena.
