I haven't been here for a while. Got involved in something else, just shoot BP now instead of talking about it and shooting it.

I hate to say it, but I told you and told you them 2 were not legit, Thirdrail and manyirons.

I found a post for a minimill for sale, the- writing- was- almost- unique. Thought it was Jule of Bigiron. e-mailed him, and he responded the next day. He had been out of state TILL that previous 3 AM return with a death in the family.

He mailed me back and remembered me, asked for my phone number, unlimited long distance, he would call to chat.

He did call me today, we spoke for about 45 minutes. As far as remembering me, I have a bad back, as does he, and the last time we spoke, I made a joke that I acted, sometimes, like a sufferer of Tourette's Syndrome. That is the disease where the sufferer will make odd motions and sharp noises. Told him I felt as though I had it when I first injured my back, step down a 2 inch riser in a store and the pain would make me snap up my head and bark a loud "ouch".

First words out of his mouth were "Georg", (German pronunciation of George, both "g"s sound like G as in garage) how is my fellow sufferer of Tourette's Syndrome?"

So, he does have a memory that is retentive. He has not forgotten any of you that dealt WITH HIM.

That is the BIG POINT

Most of the problems any of you are having are due to the 2 con men he hired.He is a one man shop. He figured he could do more if he had some help to do the day to day chicken**** stuff. Manyirons bull**** about lifting and toting, stuff like that.

Back to the BIG POINT, when they were kicked out, and he tells me at least one of them stole BP firearms from inventory and sold them on Gunbroker, under their own name.

He has NO idea how many of you have legitimate complaints against him. They apparently also, from spite, tore ID tags from the work you guys have sent him. No idea who they belong to nor what is to be done to them.

I told him that it would be well to learn what belongs to whom, many gunshops post that any items worked on that are not picked up and payed for after 90 days, will be sold to cover costs. He agreed and said he will not liquidate anything, but he does not know WHO they belong to, he CAN'T contact the owners

Before we ended the conversation, I said I had not been here for a while, but would he mind if I posted a reply that tried to ease your minds, if you have a legitimate claim against him, and you have a serial number or something to identify your BP pistol, you e-mail him to legitimize your claim.

He said he would give me his whole hearted blessing if I would do so.
I am doing so, now.

It would be good if you have anything in writing or e-mail confirmations or whatever. I do believe he said if you have paid, and can produce a cancelled check that never went through his business account, ie, cashed by the bums, he would also either make good or work with you.

AS far as WHO, Third Rail, was that the one who spent his last nickle to move to the sticks? Jule tells me he can produce a photostat of the check to the moving company that shows that HE paid for the move!
Remember, if you got serial numbers, great, he can look at pistols on the shelf, say, yeah, "Please tell me what you wanted me to do to this piece. I have no record of it."

THEY were the Webmasters of his site, also, so anything that went there was under their control.

Another sad thing is that he will never hire another outsider to work in his shop. Shame, really. His father in law, must be near 80 is coming to work for him, or to help him. You ain't gonna see anybody learning anything from thei man, and he does have stuff to teach, just from a phone call.

The discussion got pretty deep. I was a gunsmith from 50 to 35 years ago. That's about 15 years. I ain't the dullest knife in the drawer.

What DOES concern me is that when I went through the last month or 2 of posts, saw NO Bigiron posts. DID see Manyirons posting, I think March 29.

Oh yes, did I mention that Manyirons and Thirdrail controlled the Website, as per Jule? You bought, they caught, you got kurutz? I'm a Serb, I don't have to tell you what kurutz is, but you did get it. You want more BOHICA.

As to Jule, he is Germanic, I don't know whether German or one of the nearby countries, they speak nearly the same dialect, went to Canada, hence the British seeming accent.

George, I don't have a dog in this fight one way or the other. In fact, I liked Big Iron right up until the end and was all for giving him the benefit of the doubt as to working the problems out. I've had problems in business before and I know how deep you can get swamped before getting it all worked out in the end. But I have to ask why Jule had convictions and legal issues for this very type of behavior in the past? It couldn't be that every time he trusts an employee, the employee rips everyone off and leaves him holding the bag. I'm the first to admit that there's a lot more bad employees out there than good ones, but c'mon, if you believe this, then I have a bridge you might be interested in. There's a lot more going on here than any of us knows. I don't think anyone has the whole story, or if they do, they're not telling.

Funny, my records (and the safe deposit box copy, and the copies I've distributed among family, and the copies my lawers have) show otherwise, right down to the names of the gentlemen I dealt with back east when picking up the truck. I paid for everything with a Washington Mutual credit card, and I have those records as well.

As for ID tags? There never were any, and I've stated as much before. Stealing? Nope, I don't do that kind of thing.


Also, I never met ManyIrons, and I doubt he was anyone except Jule's wife online. That minilathe was mine, but I consider Jule and Rachel selling anything that is mine that I wasn't able to take with me a small price to pay to be done with them for good.



Jule stated, many times, that ManyIrons was an idiot - I have it in writing from the old website and forums (copies of which also reside with many people at this point). I made the webpage, then gave the passwords to Jule and told him how to edit it, ditto the forums. All I did after that point was update the webpage now and then, until it "mysteriously vanished" (which I'm also being blamed for)


Maybe the drugs finally fried his mind. The man will do pretty much anything drug-wise. Me, I'm proud to say I've never done drugs and never will.
