Stupid Louisiana firearm Law

Who in their right mind will open a firing range with a bar attached to it?

There was a thread a while back in "General Firearms Discussions" that was entitled Beer and Guns-- or something like that.

It seems that it's not as uncommon as you'd think.


I'll keep my drinks "virgin" while shooting, however.

Huh, guess they didn't want to chance banning guns from a gunrange. Don't they still have brewthrus?

A bar with a gun range attached? Were they also going to sell cigarettes?

I have lived in Louisiana since 1979 and it doesn't really surprise me.
I wonder if they can sell guns at the drive-thru liquor stores?

Come on, now? If you can't hit that big ol' stationary target after a few, how do you expect to hit the middle one of those three deer that just ran in front of your stand while the trees are swirling and turning.

Coincidentally, I have always wanted to open a gunshop/ liquor store/ cigar shop called the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Now I know where to go.

I think most of us have...

Drive through is on the other side. Serious. Ammo, cigarettes, and the airline booze bottles are all up by the door, same shelves. Guns do have thier own room in the back.
Legal products, just should never be used at the same time!
