1911 carry

How they were designed, Cocked & Locked.

I usually try to see both sides in any debate, but I am very firm in my opinion on this matter. If you are at all uncomfortable with the idea of carrying a 1911 C&L, you should choose another handgun to use. And for the record, I have carried a 1911 of one sort or another for over twenty years, and never once had any issue with C&L carry.

+1. I initially was not familiar with cocked and locked, so I avoided 1911s. After shooting them more and learning about them, it appeared to be a perfectly reasonable method of carry given the design, so I switched to one of them.

Wow Almost made it a week with out this question being ask. C&L of course.
