I try to say this to as many vets as I know on Veterans Day. I said this to one vet, who also was one of the people to get me interested in concealed carry for my own safety.

He looked at me, kind of surprised, and said, rather quietly, "You're very welcome, but do you know, you are probably only one of three people who have ever said that to me."

I felt terrible that more people had not thanked this man for his honorable service in the time of war.

So, thank a Vet personally for his service!
