This schmuck had a semi auto AK clone with two magazines taped together, so he had 60 rounds total and no one trying to stop him and yet he was only able to kill 8 people?

Thats not what I'd call "efficient".

He could have killed just as many people with a simple .357 magnum revolver and one speed-loader.
