my 7yr son with my 12 gauge (after he helped me to clean the darn thing :))

guess who's scared? But we are happy, that's sure ;)

max, do you shoot skeet with that thing or do you hunt with it? If you hunt with it, what kind of birds are you after in Russia?

How dare you spend quality time with your son and bond with him! Won't someone please think of the children?

LOL, your kid's smile in that picture looks downright evil, but in a very cute way.

The liberals are gonna take you kid for that, or at least they will try
They could try but i doubt that they can produce anything louder than a f@rt. Thanks God we are still ways behind the "civilized" West on political correctness and other such stuff. In any way, my son had zero problems bringing his toy pistols to the school to play between the lessons, or drawing guns on paper.

I hunt, but really rarely (shoot ducks); we had plenty of duck, and other birds.

If you keep doing things like that to your kid, you are RUINING his chances of being a good little sheeple for the liberals !!! What kind of stunt are you going to pull next ......teaching the boy how to think on his own and take care of himself instead of trusting the politicians and the school system to know what's best for him ?

Seriously though....kudos to you Dad !!! It's parents like YOU that help secure the future of our youth, our country, and our rights. When the time comes for the liberals and the schools to try to shove their "guns are evil" mentality down his throat, perhaps he will already know better !

If this keeps up Russia is going to build a wall... this time to keep people OUT.

I like it a hell of a lot better than a video game in his hand... I hope Russia does not become as wussified as the US has become with it's kids.:(

Hey Max!
The only thing I see wrong with that picture is that he is holding your shotgun and not his own. Gotta work on that, my friend.

In Russia? Probably not. But why let facts keep you from passing up a chance to show how classy you can be by insulting the liberals at every turn?

But, back to the post at hand.

Max, do you have a lot of domestic options for shotshells or are many imported from Spain and other places? Do US shells gets imported and if so, do they have a premium price?

Hmmm.......how I long for the days when I was a kid and we weren't so "civilized."

Most available brands of shotshells are locally made, and are, quality-wise, ranging from total crap to acceptable. In any way, cleaning a gun, with chromed bore, after just 50 shots of buckshot is definitely not fun.
Speaking on imported stuff, most common are Spanish RIO and Chezh S&B brands; you can hardly find any Winchester, Remington on Federal shotshells here, which is a pity.
Prices on ammo are not fun either - box of 25 12Ga sporting loads is running about $14, and that's 'cheap' here; box of 10 slugs can be as high as $18.

Remember seeing those Walmart WWB 100-shell boxes of sporting loads at about $14 i really hate shopping for ammo here :(

I think one day i will break me up and buy a seat of reloading equipment from the Midway USA; the only problem then will be finding a good powder which is not mixed with dust, bug ***** and other such flavors :(

max.. I always wondered if you are able to get the M44's and 91/30's for recreational use there in Russia. nice Picture !
