Need Range Suggestion for Atlanta Area

I have friend that lives in Marietta Ga. He thinks his wife is a little more open to the idea of owning a gun for self defense. My wife & I are NRA Basic pistol instructors and will be visiting him in a couple of weeks. We would like to take him and his wife out shooting but, we are not familiar with the area and don't know where we can shoot.
Any suggestions? We'll have our own guns and equipment. He checked on a range around there but said they wanted $10 per hour per person...If his two sons come with, that will be $60 per hour!
Do they charge if you instruct and don't shoot?

How does the range fee work

If there are 4 of us and only two shooting would it be $40 or $80 for the day?

My wife & I will only be instructing.
