I saw the video. I guess it was pretty creepy for the kids in a semi-rural area.
So, a short little guy scared one teen so bad they had to take him to the hospital

Maybe we need some gnomes up here to patrol after curfew starts

They are tough little fellows and hard to hit, so I'd say a 12 guage with turkey shot would be about right for garden against gnomes.

Or maybe set out a live trap for it ???
