Had to show everyone my MultiCam job. It was just a first try. I'll post a couple when I get the bugs out.

Not bad at all for your first try.

If you do another one try making the off white parts alittle smaller. Also, what were you using as a refrence?

Using the Lauer stensils. Im not using them again though because the pattern is too big like you said Darthbauer

If you can, just get some crye fabric and wing it. Either way, good job. Much better than I could do.

Thanks brother. Appreciate it. I have a couple more MultiCam's coming up. I'll do a new post when they're done.

Get really good at it and I might have to send you my AR. Ive contacted some people around where I live to do it and it just cost to much.

Darthbauer, just wondering how much it's going for in your neck of the woods?

Its really all over the place and there are only two people really around me that will do it. And when I say around me I mean within 100 miles. The first place I called the guy wanted $600. The second place the guy only wanted half of that.

Being a 7 color camo (pricing usually follows the number of colors) puts this one at about $600. However we can discuss a couple things and shorten the colors to say 4 or 5 and get the price down quite a bit. If something like that sounds like an idea then PM me to discuss it.

I'll let you know.

fbmg, did you use the "multicolor" kit lauer has? or did you just select 7 colors? their kit's only $52

Taliv I did use the "multicolor" kit. The colors are just slightly off from MultiCam to avoid licencing problems so I just slightly darken or lighten the colors to make them as close to the original as possible.
I am really not impressed with their stensils though. Too large. I'll make my own on the 2 up coming jobs.

I have a set of utilities in multicam now and will be making myown stensils and and blending the colors as it should be. I'll post new pics as soon as I get them done.

SoCal Shooter, Good luck and have fun with your projects. Post some pictures when you're done.
