how many law suits have been completed for the NO gun confiscations?

I just watched this YouTube video on New Orleans gun confiscation and am wondering if any of these people where able to bring suit and has any of them been completed--especially the older woman that was thrown down.

Lots of stuff out there on this. Good a place to start as any.

But yes, lawsuits have been filed, most of the guns have still not been returned. It's ongoing.

TexasRifleman--thanks for reply, I just hope suit that is filed wins, especially for the older woman that was thrown to the ground. I used to be a deputy and saw no need for that.

Not enough would be the apparent answer. Citizens need to hold government and LEO accountable in court. And courts need to punish those in power who abuse that power. For the only alternative to courts that are unequal in the application of the law is an ugly ugly thing.
