I'm loading 9mm using Win 115 FMJ with Titegroup 4.2gr. at 1.100 oal and accuracy is horrible  So I shot some factory Federal ammo and at 25 yards I shot a 6" group which confirm my reload sucks. Any recommendation?

Increase your charge to a 4.5grs start load for jacketed bullets per Hodgdon's on line data. I'd load 10 at 4.5, 10 at 4.6,etc to the 4.8gr max and test each load for accuracy. If none of these where accurate I'd be looking for another powder.

Power Pistol has worked for me in 9mm & 40 cal. I load 5.5gr PP with 115gr fmj, although this is a reduced load, it cycles all guns, and runs 1160fps over a crono. I run my oal out to 1.150:)

If you are loading RN bullets try not to seat them so deep. I load 4.2 grains of TG with 115's and 124's with a OAL of 1.135 and they seem to shoot pretty good.

I think your COL is too short, I get good results with a similiar load of titegroup loaded longer.

Before I did anything else, I would take one of those Federals you shot that grouped well (assuming it is a 115, like you are loading) check the COL and set the seating die to that length. The factory stuff should be around 1.169.

I loaded FMJ to 1.155, andgot killer results. Smoke a dummy round, and drop it your dismounted barrel at various lengths until you find out exactly where your chamber ends. Then back it off 5 thousandths.

my load is 5.0 grains Unique, and at 15 yards it shoots a very, very accurately and very clean. The actual load is more like 4.8 to 5.0 grains.

9mm 9x19
generic FMJ 115 grain bullets
4.8 to 5.0 grains of Unique
OAL 1.151

I would check your COAL. I have been shooting TG out of Glock with Win 115gr FMJ and Speer 115gr TMJ with 4.5gr with an COAL of 1.155 =/-

I run pretty much the same load with acceptable results.
