What an idiot. Poor girl must've been scared senseless.

He's lucky he didn't kill anyone.

What was a person, whos first impulse when walking into a room was to go to the closest shotgun and pull the trigger, even doing in the gun store?

And +1 to people that just leave loaded shotguns lying around.

looks like the girl is preparting a bank deposit....

may be SOP to keep shotgun out and ready at such times.

Dufus teen ager/video game expert comes along and has what i likely his first real world firearms experience.....:banghead::banghead:

seems like the idiot who pulled the trigger
and the moron, who left the gun like that learned
a lesson the soft way.........:scrutiny:

Most of the ND I've seen have someone mesmerized and compelled to pull the trigger. :banghead:

Gotta love how we teach firearm safety in the US!

I love the video title "Man fires shotgun by accident"

He didn't mean to pull the trigger?

And this is precisely why we NEED to get firearms education back into the curriculum for public (and private) schools, preferably at a fairly young age. Obviously, nobody ever told doofus that "All guns are loaded -- always."

My 4yo knows better than to do that.

Of course, the kid probably had no clue what repercussions his actions would have and my 4yo has had safety lessons for over a year now. Teach 'em early and often.

That's a lesson that won't soon be forgotten.

I hope that girl is STILL kicking the kid's butt.

And I fully support this posted by Aguila Blanca:

Not just in schools, but all youth programs, summer camp, day camp, libraries, Parks and Recreation, etc...
