I'm looking to purchase my first CZ...either PCR or P-01. Read alot of threads on here comparing the two and I've gone back and forth.

A deciding factor may be holster availability. OTW and ITW, what are you using with your PCR or P-01 and was it hard to find a good fit? Specifically, with the P-01's rail. Leather only.

Also FIST makes holsters specifically for the PCR, I'm betting they make all the CZs if they make one for the PCR. otherwise there are some larger makers who make holsters for the P01 but not the PCR.

My PCR fits quite nicely in a Galco Summer Comfort, as well as a Dillon Leather by Mitch Rosen, made for a SIG P228/P229. The P-01 is listed on the packaging in small print as an alternative fit. It works pretty well except for the added thickness of the reinforced lip and straps. I recently acquired a FIST #19 for it and this is also a nice holster.

If you like the molded-plastic/kydex holsters... BLADE-TECH makes 'em to fit the P-01 and PCR... for about $65.

X2.

I have a PCR (don't like rails on carry guns) and it fits into holsters designed for the Sig P228/P229 which are readily available off the shelf. I carry my PCR in a Bianchi Shadow II OWB holster.

Super thin plastic IW by FIST for PCR is very nice. Leather high ride of excellent quality by rusty-sherrick for PCR. Unless you want to carry with a flashlight,
get the PCR.
